AUCTION LOCATION:  Ella Missing Community Center, 411 6th Street, Arapahoe, NE

LAND LOCATION: Approximately 12 miles northwest of Arapahoe or 12 miles southwest of Elwood.  From Highways 283 and 18 junction, 4 miles west to Road 421, 2 miles south to the north east corner of tract two. For tract one, 2 additional miles south to Road 732, then 220 yards east to the north west corner of tract one.

POSSESSION: Landlords possession on the day of closing. Full possession March 1, 2012.

  • 16.1 base acres of wheat, direct yield of 35 bu.
  • 14.3 base acres of grain sorghum, direct yield 51 bu.

  • 15.1 acres enrolled in CRP from 10/01/2007 through 09/30/2017-annual pmt of $678.  Seller will receive the 2011 payment, buyer will receive the 2012 payment.
