FOR SALE AT ABSOLUTE AUCTION: Southwest Public School District 0179 (Bartley school buildings to be removed by buyer currently located on the Southwest school grounds in Bartley, Nebraska.)
TIME AND DATE: SATURDAY JUNE 12, 2010 @ 10:00 AM CST IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REAL ESTATE SALE AT RED WILLOW.
AUCTION LOCATION: 6 miles east of McCook Nebraska or 4 miles west of Indianola on Highway 6&34
BUILDING DESCRIPTIONS:
Building 1: (1998) 28 ft x 60 ft double wide modular with two large rooms, two rest rooms, two drinking fountains, electric heat with A/C units in each room. Exterior is wood composite siding and asphalt shingles. Steps and handicap accessible ramp go with it. Axles are attached and tires and wheels are underneath.
Building 2: 24 ft x 40 ft frame building with two rooms, two rest rooms and a storage closet, composite siding, asphalt shingles, window A/C, gas heat, sitting on a foundation. Interior has paneled walls, ceiling tiles and carpeting.
Building 3: 24.5 ft x 36.5 ft frame building with one room, entry foyer and side entrance for basement entry. Central A/C and gas heat. Frame building with metal siding and asphalt shingles. Good carpet and walls. Several ceiling tiles need replaced. Sitting on a basement foundation.
All buildings appear to be in good condition, have good lighting systems, and the utilities are still on. They would make good office buildings, scale houses, meeting rooms or ????
TERMS: All three buildings are being sold as personal property and are to be REMOVED WITHIN 60 DAYS after the sale date, AT THE BUYER’S EXPENSE. PAYMENT IN FULL WILL BE DUE IMMEDIATELY AFTER the sale, and the buyer will receive a bill of sale. They are being sold in as is condition.
